Oily skin salicylic acid toner

Ingredients:

Aqua, niacinamide, salicylic acid, ethyl alcohol, sodium lactate, di sodium EDTA, Phenoxyethanol, polysorbate 20

How to apply:

Toners are applied after cleansing, you always want to apply facial toner to dry clean skin. After applying your toner, wait for around 10-30 seconds to allow the toner to be absorbed by your skin. While your skin is slightly damp, apply your moisturizer.
