Cocamidopropyl Betaine

Cocamidopropyle Betain is a mild cleansing surfactant that is used in formulation for
its gentle cleansing properties. This surfactant is derived from coconut oil. It creates
mild lather in products such cleansers, face washes, shampoos etc. It is less likely to
cause any skin irritation and does not strip skin’s natural barrier, making a perfect
choice for sensitive skins.

Benefits: It works as a cleansing, foaming, wetting, stabilization, solubilization,
emulsification and thickening agent.
