Cetyl ester

Cetyl Ester is an emollient used in various cosmetic and personal care products to
make homogenous system in formula. It is used to for various purposes such as
occlusive, thickening agent, texture enhancing agent, conditioning agent and
emulsion stability. It is a waxy solid consistency at room temperature and melts on
contact with skin. I can be used to make balm, cleansers, creams, lotions, body
butters, shampoos, masks and conditioners.

Benefits: Mixes oil and water together, makes homogenous formula, Conditioning
and moisturizing agent, and locks moisture in skin making skin softer and healthy.
